Dr. Kristina C. DeGuara is a warranted Maltese lawyer who submitted her thesis on Controlled Foreign Corporation (CFC) Legislation. After holding the position of Head of Legal in a gaming company and that of co-CEO in an Initial Coin Offering (ICO), she streamlined her focus on legal, corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters – which also gives her the opportunity to litigate in the Courts of Justice of Malta.
